Can i sue him? Or them?

After 3 hours of court today i found out that the father of my child paid the specimen collector of our dna test to make the results come back that he's not the father costing the man his job. He told me that he paid him before our results came back but i didnt pay it any mind i took it as a joke until we got the results back. Can i sue the specimen collector for tampering with my test results?
