Does emu oil capsules help you get a tan?

i heard that emu capsules can give you a tan if you take them or you rub them on your skin or somethin.. i have reallllly pale skin and it takes me forever to get a good tan.. when i lay out in the sun i just get burnt and i start to peel and it almost never turns into a tan.. i suck at putting on self tanner because i always just turn out streaked and it looks muddy. & one time i tried a spray tan but it turned out awfullll!! soooo i give up on self tanning lotion, spray tans, and the sun to get tan.. so, do emu capsules actualllly give you even a little bit of color? or am i just doomed to be pale for the rest of my life?? ^_^
