How can i induce labor at home?

im almost 40 weeks along,and sooo miserable. ive tried a number of things,i dont have that much sex cuz my man lives in another city and we dont have a drivable car right now. :( ive tried walking alot,certain foods,baths,and ive been dialated at 1cm for 2 weeks now. i do have a bottle of black cohosh capsules but im unsure on how to use them.tea?or take one every so often? i dont know.
