Army wife is stranded in korea with infant son, and needs to get home away from abusive husband? ?

Her husband abuses her, physically and verbally. He is an alcoholic and he does spice. He has already gotten in trouble and is no longer allowed to go to their house off base, confined to barracks. He has his pay cut because its part of his punishment. But he still manages to make it out to where she is and verbally abuse her and its a dangerous environment for their son when he is drunk and gets physically abusive. How can she get home?
