What jobs involve caring for others?

I'm starting my junior after summer and I really want to know a good career that involves caring for others needs (physically). I know doctors and nurses but give me more, or more detail. I don't want to go to college for more the 4 years so please don't say something that requires more than 4 years of college. I'm starting to get so desperate for answers, that I took an aptitude test LOL (didn't like the results)! Well anyways thank you in advance :)
