Migrating data from one mac to another ?

I have a Macbook pro now .. I have all my addressbook / calendar etc / data files /itunes/ iphotos on this Mac. Next week I ll be moving to a new company and will be getting a new Mac. How do I copy all the data ? I ll never have the two macs at the same time . I dont want to go the MobileMe route. I have a time capsule with me .. Please give me suggestions..
