Vitamin combination question?

Honestly I dont support the use of multivitamins all the vitamins you need are in healthy foods you can eat. Vitamin tables have alot of other ingredients that dont benefit your ( like the stuff they use to keep the tablet together) and you dont know how it is affecting your body. Dont trace how much of this you have and how much of that just maintain a healthy lifestyle and as far as your bones go drink milk preferably free ranged/ natural.
